THIS I BELIEVE...

  1. If we capture the voices and stories of those we lead and represent, we can be better servants - making more informed choices about how we teach and grow our students into citizens who will think critically and creatively about our future.

  7. I believe that it is important to understand the context and culture in which you find yourself before you attempt to create your goals, make a plan and make a change.

  8. I believe that it is our duty and calling to provide all the children in our care with compassion, challenge and meaningful and rich learning. I believe we owe the adults in our charge the same.

  9. I believe that it is important that we are students, life long learners, and give ourselves permission to continuously learn and fail forward. While this may sound counter intuitive, I believe this encourages us to put our students at the center of everything we do.
